Competition prep is a bespoke coaching service, tailored to each clients unique needs in order to get them stage ready from diet and training, to posing, show day guidance.
Competition prep is tailored to YOU and Emily will always ensure she makes your plans easy to follow so adherence can be 100% to see results for show day!
Competition prep is inclusive of:

POSING COACHING
£50-£170 singular sessions or packages.
Work 1-1 with IFBB Pro Emily Olivia towards your stage presentation, with 7+ years experience in Bikini Bodybuilding and Fitness Modelling across multiple federations she can guarantee your posing will be correct for your shows.
Posing coaching is exclusively to learn how to pose on stage, for Bikini, Wellness and Fit Model across multiple federations.
It is tailored to each individual client and their needs, whether they are seasoned athletes or complete first timers.
Sessions vary from 30 mins to an hour, and are available in-person or online.
